What a day!
Yesterday was a new high point for START as we gathered around 150 participants from 13 schools at The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Glagsow for our 2025 Design Day!
With amazing Design Thinking workshops from Tom Inns, and an insightful panel Q&A with Evelyn McDonald, Danny Campbell and Manjit Mooker, our 31 startup teams were challenged and inspired!
Huge thanks to all the participants, contributors, teachers, partners and well-wishers involved in making today happen – in particular to Dougie McCandlish’s amazing team at The Social Hub (a special shout out to Jack) for being amazingly generous hosts and for believing in our vision to connect schools to startups.
Thanks too to the University of Strathclyde’s Thomas Devaney for his hard work and relentless encouragement, and to all the helpers from Morgan Stanley who supported us!
It’s going to be an exciting year ahead!
